Service Description
Book Preparation Services assists authors in preparing their books for publication, including book cover design, proofreading, formatting, and assistance with listing on Amazon.
3. Author Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing original written content free from copyright infringement.
We are not responsible for any plagiarism in your work.
You must ensure all necessary rights and permissions are obtained for any third-party content used in your book.
4. Our Services
Book cover design
Proofreading
Formatting for publication
Assistance with Amazon listing
AI-generated audiobook narration
AI-written content (if requested)
5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage
All audiobook narration is created using AI technology.
If requested, book content can be written entirely by AI.
You acknowledge and accept the use of AI in these aspects of the service.
6. Payment
Full payment for all services is required upfront before any work begins.
The fee amount will be specified during sign-up and may vary based on services selected.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original written content.
We retain rights to any AI-generated content, granting you a license to use it in your book.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any legal issues arising from the content of your book, including copyright infringement or plagiarism.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
In case of termination, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia
