Terms Agreement for Listing a Book on Mind Growth 360 Bookshelf

This agreement is between the Author ("You" or "Author") and My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd ("We", "Us", or "My Growth Corporation") for listing a book on the Bookshelf feature of the Mind Growth 360 platform.

1. Listing Requirements

1.1 You agree to pay a one-time fee to list your book on the Mind Growth 360 Bookshelf.

1.2 Your book must comply with our content guidelines and be approved by My Growth Corporation prior to listing.

1.3 You must have an active Mind Growth 360 profile to list your book.

1.4 Your book must be currently listed on Amazon to be eligible for inclusion on the Mind Growth 360 Bookshelf.

2. Listing Process

2.1 You will submit your book for review along with the required listing fee.

2.2 We will review your book to ensure it meets our guidelines and standards.

2.3 Upon approval, your book will be listed on the Mind Growth 360 Bookshelf.

3. Book Sales and Redirection

3.1 My Growth Corporation does not directly sell your book through the Mind Growth 360 platform.

3.2 Users interested in purchasing your book will be redirected to Amazon for potential purchase.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining your book's listing and availability on Amazon.

4. Removal and Relisting

4.1 You may request the removal of your book from the Mind Growth 360 Bookshelf at any time.

4.2 If you choose to relist a previously removed book, you will be required to pay the listing fee again and go through the approval process.

5. Content Responsibility

5.1 You are solely responsible for the content of your book and ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 My Growth Corporation reserves the right to remove any book that violates our guidelines or receives credible complaints.

6. Liability

6.1 My Growth Corporation is not liable for any disputes, damages, or legal issues arising from the content of your book or its sales on Amazon.

6.2 You agree to indemnify and hold My Growth Corporation harmless from any claims arising from your book's content or listing.

7. Amendments

7.1 My Growth Corporation may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By listing your book on the Mind Growth 360 Bookshelf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
