Service Description
Creators Club is a free service within the Mind Growth 360 community, designed to connect and support creators.
Eligibility
To join Creators Club, you must meet one of the following criteria:
Have a business email address, or
Be an influencer with at least 3,000 followers on one external social media platform
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time.
4. Membership
Membership to Creators Club is free of charge.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at our discretion.
5. Creator Responsibilities
You agree to respect other members of the club.
You commit to contributing appropriately to discussions and activities within the club.
You must not engage in any behavior that could be considered harmful, offensive, or disruptive to other members.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you share within Creators Club.
By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Creators Club platform.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
8. Termination
You may terminate your membership at any time by notifying us.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
Continued use of Creators Club after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any disputes or issues arising between members.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia
By joining Creators Club, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
