Terms of Service - Nexus Connect

Service Description
Nexus Connect provides virtual rooms for meetings and collaboration, available for daily to annual use depending on the selected service plan.
3. Payment Terms
All payments for Nexus Connect services are required upfront.
The fee amount will be specified during sign-up and may vary based on the chosen plan.
Co-working spaces are available on a subscription basis and will continue until cancelled.
4. Service Duration
Virtual rooms are available for the duration specified in the selected plan.
At the end of the paid period, access to the room will be closed.
Co-working space subscriptions will continue until cancelled by the user.
5. Acceptable Use
Nexus Connect virtual rooms must be used for legal purposes only.
Any illegal or prohibited activities will result in immediate termination of service.
We reserve the right to monitor room usage for compliance with these terms.
6. Termination and Refunds
If illegal use is detected, the user will be banned, and no refund will be provided.
For co-working space subscriptions, users may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of prepaid services.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities that occur in your virtual room.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to share access to your virtual room with unauthorized users.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
Changes to the service do not entitle users to refunds.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current service period.
We are not responsible for any loss of data or business interruption.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from participants in your virtual rooms.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia
By using Nexus Connect, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
