Terms of Service for Social Media Management
By engaging the services of My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd ("Company"), you ("Creator") agree to the following terms and conditions:
Services
The Company provides social media management services, including content creation and post scheduling. Our standard package includes 30 posts per month across agreed-upon social media platforms.
2. Fees
An initial setup fee is required at the commencement of services.
A monthly fee is charged for ongoing services.
Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
3. Payment
The monthly fee is due on the 1st of each month.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
4. Term and Cancellation
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis.
The Creator may cancel the service with 25 days' written notice.
5. Content Approval
Creators are expected to review and approve content within 48 hours.
If approval is not received within the specified timeframe, the Company reserves the right to schedule posts without further consultation.
6. Creator Responsibilities
Provide timely feedback and approvals.
Maintain open communication with the Company.
Provide necessary access to social media accounts.
7. Company Responsibilities
Create engaging, brand-appropriate content.
Schedule posts according to the agreed strategy.
Provide monthly performance reports.
8. Intellectual Property
Content created remains the property of the Company until full payment is received, after which rights transfer to the Creator.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared proprietary information.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
11. Modifications to Service
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland Australia
13. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Creator and the Company.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
