Service Description
Certified Training Organizations is a platform that lists various organizations providing online and physical training services.
3. Listing and Fees
Listings require an annual fee, paid upfront.
The fee amount will be specified during sign-up and may be updated with notice.
Listings automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Training Company Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your company for the listing.
You must promptly notify us of any changes to your company information, training offerings, or contact details.
You agree to maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
5. Information Updates
You can request updates to your listing information at any time.
We will process update requests within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
6. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.
We are not liable for any consequences resulting from outdated or inaccurate listing data.
7. Complaints and Delisting
If we receive multiple substantiated complaints from our members about your services, we reserve the right to delist your organization.
In the event of delisting due to complaints, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your annual fee will be provided.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
In case of termination by you, no refunds will be provided for partial listing periods.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current listing period.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia
By using the Certified Training Organizations service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
