Terms Agreement for AI-Powered Web Development Services
This agreement is between the website owner ("Owner") and My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd ("MGC").
Service Description
MGC will develop and host a website for the Owner using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The service includes:
Website development using AI
Website hosting
Up to 5 revisions of the initial design
Payment Structure
Payment is required upfront
Pricing is based on the number of pages in the website
An ongoing monthly hosting fee applies for as long as the site remains active
Ownership and Intellectual Property
MGC retains ownership of the AI platform used to create the website. The Owner is granted a license to use the website content and design for their business purposes as long as the hosting agreement remains active.
Website Hosting and Transfer
MGC will host the website
Websites cannot be transferred to another hosting platform
Non-Payment Consequences
In case of non-payment, the website will be suspended for 7 working days
If payment is not received in full within this period, the website will be permanently removed
Revisions and Changes
MGC will provide up to 5 revisions of the initial website design. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:
The Owner will lose access to the website
MGC will remove the website from its servers
No refunds will be provided for prepaid services
Limitation of Liability
MGC's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Owner for the website development and hosting services.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia. By engaging MGC's services, the Owner agrees to these terms and conditions
