Terms of Agreement for AI-Generated Professional Photo
This agreement is made between:
"My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd" (hereinafter referred to as "the Company")
andThe individual or entity engaging the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Client")
Both parties agree to the following terms:
Services Provided:
The Company agrees to produce a professional photo utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
Photo Selection:
The Client may choose from a selection of AI-generated photos produced by the Company.
Photo Criteria:
a) The Client agrees to upload photos according to the Company's criteria.
b) No nudity, including bikinis, is permitted in any of the photos.
c) The Client agrees to meet the Company's guidelines for what constitutes a good photo to upload into their system.
Payment:
a) Payment is a one-time, upfront fee for the agreed-upon photo(s).
b) Additional costs may be incurred if more photos are required beyond the initial agreement.
Ownership and Rights:
a) The Client owns the rights to the purchased photo(s).
b) All unused photos will be deleted within 3 working days of the completion of the transaction.
Quality Assurance:
The Company will ensure high-quality, professional-looking results suitable for business use.
AI Acknowledgment:
The Client acknowledges that the photos are AI-generated and not from a physical photoshoot.
Photo Options:
The Company will provide a variety of backdrop and clothing options for the AI-generated photos.
Client Input:
The Client agrees to provide necessary input for generating photos that accurately represent their appearance and professional image.
Transparency:
Both parties agree to maintain transparency about the AI-generated nature of the photos if required for ethical or legal reasons.
By agreeing to these terms, both the Company and the Client acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the conditions outlined for the production of AI-generated professional photo(s).
