Overview

The Creators Agency Affiliate Program (the "Program") is operated by My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd ("MGC") and allows individuals ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new clients to Creators Agency, a service provided by MGC.

Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must have an active PayPal account. MGC reserves the right to reject any application or terminate any Affiliate's participation in the Program at its sole discretion.

Commissions

1. Earning Commissions: Affiliates will earn a commission for each new client they refer to Creators Agency, provided that the referred client makes full payment to Creators Agency for the services rendered.

2. Commission Rates: Commission rates will be communicated to Affiliates separately and may be subject to change at MGC's discretion.

3. Payment: Commissions will be paid to Affiliates via PayPal upon request, once their earned commission balance reaches $100 or more.

4. Payment Timing: Commissions will be paid 14 days after the final payment from the referred client has been received by Creators Agency.

5. Referral Validity: A referral is valid for 61 days after the initial referral has been made. If a potential client does not complete the purchase within 61 days, the Affiliate must provide a new referral link for the client to be eligible for a commission on that sale.

Promotional Materials

Affiliates must use only the official promotional materials provided by Creators Agency to maintain brand integrity. Any unauthorized use of Creators Agency's or MGC's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Compliance

1. Terms and Conditions: By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional guidelines or policies provided by MGC.

2. Termination: MGC reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time if the Affiliate is suspected of attempting to game the system or is not complying with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Legal Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to their promotional activities.

Modifications

MGC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer

MGC makes no representations or warranties regarding the Program, and Affiliates participate at their own risk. MGC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program.

By participating in the Creators Agency Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
