Branding Service Agreement
This agreement is made between the Brand (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider").
Service Description
The Service Provider agrees to deliver branding services to the Client, which include but are not limited to:
Photoshoots
Logo design
Other digital media required for the business
These services may vary over time and may change at the discretion of the Service Provider.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
All services provided by the Service Provider will utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create professional photos and digital media to aid in designing the Client's brand.
3. Photoshoot Details
The Service Provider will provide up to 6 photos for the photoshoot.
The Client is required to supply the photos, which must relate to individuals and not companies.
4. Client Obligations
The Client must make themselves available for discussions to aid in building out the brand, including decisions on colors, icons, and other branding elements.
The Client must provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
5. Revisions
The Service Provider allows for revisions up to the point of final approval.
Any changes requested after final approval will be considered in rare circumstances and may incur additional costs.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for services is required upfront.
The total fee for the services will be agreed upon before the commencement of the project and must be paid in full before any work begins.
7. ConfidentialityThe Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client data and information accessed during the course of the project and shall use such information solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
8. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, including but not limited to logos, photos, and digital media, created by the Service Provider will remain the exclusive property of the Client upon full payment and receipt.
9. Contract Duration
This agreement shall be in effect for the duration of the project, starting from the date of signing until the final delivery of all agreed-upon services.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider's liability under this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services.
12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland Australia
