Terms for "Find a Certified Coach" Service on Mind Growth 360 Platform
This agreement is between the Coach ("You" or "Coach") and My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd ("We", "Us", or "My Growth Corporation") for listing on the "Find a Certified Coach" service within the Mind Growth 360 platform.
Coach Listing and Verification
1.1 You agree to provide all required information, qualifications, and experience documentation as requested by My Growth Corporation to verify your credentials.
1.2 You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided.
1.3 You agree to promptly notify My Growth Corporation of any changes to your information, qualifications, or professional status.
Fees and Subscription
2.1 You agree to pay a one-time setup fee for listing your profile on the "Find a Certified Coach" service.
2.2 You agree to pay a monthly subscription fee, billed in advance.
2.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing one month's notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Coach Responsibilities
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and currency of your profile information.
3.2 You agree to uphold professional standards and ethics in your coaching practice.
3.3 Any complaints or disputes arising from your coaching services are to be resolved directly between you and your clients. My Growth Corporation is not responsible for mediating or resolving such issues.
4. Platform Policies
4.1 You agree to abide by all Mind Growth 360 platform policies and guidelines.
4.2 My Growth Corporation reserves the right to remove or suspend your listing if you violate platform policies or if we receive multiple credible complaints about your services.
5. Liability
5.1 My Growth Corporation is not liable for any disputes, damages, or legal issues arising from your coaching services or interactions with clients.
5.2 You agree to indemnify and hold My Growth Corporation harmless from any claims arising from your coaching activities.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with one month's written notice.6.2 My Growth Corporation reserves the right to immediately terminate your listing for violations of these terms or platform policies.
7. Amendments
7.1 My Growth Corporation may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By listing your profile on the "Find a Certified Coach" service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
