Terms of Service – Competitions

Service Description
The Competitions service allows you to host competitions or giveaways within the Tech Revolution section on the Mind Growth 360 website and community.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for the Competitions service is required on a monthly basis, paid in advance.
The fee amount will be specified during sign-up and may be updated with notice.
Payments must be made for as long as the competition or giveaway is being held.
4. Competition Master Responsibilities
You guarantee that the prize will be awarded in a timely manner according to the rules of the competition.
You must provide quality images and any supporting information necessary for the listing.
Prizes cannot exceed AUD $3000 unless you choose to use the Leaderboard option, in which case the prize amount is not limited.
5. Approval of Listings
All competition listings are subject to our approval to ensure they meet our quality and content standards.
We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that do not comply with our guidelines.
6. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.
We are not liable for any consequences resulting from outdated or inaccurate listing data.
7. Complaints and Delisting
If we receive multiple substantiated complaints from our members about your competition, we reserve the right to delist your competition.
In the event of delisting due to complaints, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your monthly fee will be provided.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
In case of termination by you, no refunds will be provided for partial listing periods.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current listing period.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia
