Terms for course creation and hosting on Academy 360
Course Creation and Hosting Agreement
This agreement is between the Course Creator ("Creator") and My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd ("Company") for the creation and hosting of online courses on the Academy 360 platform.
Course Development1.
1 The Company will assist the Creator in designing, building, and uploading courses to the Academy 360 platform.
1.2 Course creation may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including image and voice cloning to create an avatar of the Creator for purpose of creating a course.
1.3 The Creator agrees to provide guidance and input on course content and requirements.
1.4 The Company will charge a setup fee based on the length and complexity of the course.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 All course content and materials created for Academy 360 are the exclusive property of the Creator.
2.2 Courses created under this agreement may not be used on any other platform without express written permission from the Company.
3. Course Hosting and Sales
3.1 Courses will be hosted on the Academy 360 platform in perpetuity, unless otherwise agreed in writing to ensure that students receive what they have paid for
3.2 Courses will be sold through two models:
a) Subscription: Revenue split 70% to Creator, 30% to Company, after deduction of fees.
b) One-time purchase: 50/50 profit split between Creator and Company.
4. Course Updates
4.1 Course content may be updated or modified upon request.
4.2 The Company may charge additional fees for substantial changes or updates to existing courses.
5. Term and Termination5.
5.1 This agreement remains in effect as long as the course is hosted on Academy 360.
5.2 Early termination or course removal requires mutual written agreement between both parties.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, course development processes, and financial arrangements.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia
