Digital Marketing Reports Service Agreement
This agreement is entered into between the Client (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider").
Service Description
The Service Provider agrees to deliver Digital Marketing Reports to the Client through a dashboard that aggregates data from various analytical tools in the marketplace. These reports will provide comprehensive insights into the Client's digital marketing performance.
2. Report Frequency and Delivery
Standard reports will be provided on a monthly basis.
Weekly reports are available for an additional fee, to be agreed upon separately.
3. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made on a monthly basis.
The monthly fee will be determined by the chosen integration tier.
4. Contract Duration
This agreement shall be in effect for an initial period of 12 months from the date of signing. It will automatically renew for subsequent 12-month periods unless terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice prior to the renewal date.
5. Confidentiality
The Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client data and information accessed through the integrated tools and shall use such information solely for the purpose of generating the agreed-upon reports.
6. Data Ownership
All data collected and reports generated remain the property of the Client. The Service Provider retains ownership of the dashboard technology and methodology used to generate the reports.
7. Service Level Agreement
The Service Provider guarantees 99.9% uptime for the dashboard.
8. Modifications
Changes to the integration tier or report frequency can be made with 30 days' written notice. Such changes may result in an adjustment to the monthly fee.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be provided with all available data and reports up to the termination date.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider's liability under this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding any claim.
12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland Australia.
