Service Description
Book Preparation Services assists users in creating eBooks.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the topics and headings for your eBook.
You must ensure that all content provided is original and does not infringe on any copyright laws.
You acknowledge that all eBooks are prepared using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
4. AI Usage and Revisions
All eBooks are created using AI technology.
Revisions to the eBook are limited to one change per page.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment for all services is required upfront before any work begins.
The fee amount will be specified during sign-up and may vary based on services selected.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original written content.
We are not responsible for any plagiarism or copyright infringement in your content.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
We are not liable for any legal issues arising from the content of your eBook, including copyright infringement or plagiarism.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
In case of termination, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia
