Terms of Service for Event Listing and Ticketing

This Agreement is between Mind Growth Corporation Pty Ltd ("Company") and the Event Co-ordinator ("Organizer").

1. Services Provided
   The Company offers:
   a) Event listing on the Mind Growth 360 community platform
   b) Optional ticketing services for listed events

2. Event Listing
   a) A listing fee applies per event
   b) Events can be physical or online
   c) Event requests must be submitted at least 5 working days before the event date

3. Ticketing Services (Optional)
   a) A setup fee applies for ticketing services
   b) A per-attendee cost is charged, which can be:

   • Incurred by the Organizer, or

   • Passed on to attendees through ticket prices

4. Organizer Responsibilities
   a) Provide accurate and complete event details
   b) Submit high-quality images for event listings
   c) Respond promptly to Company inquiries or requests
   d) Ensure all information is provided within required timeframes

5. Company Responsibilities
   a) List events on the Mind Growth 360 platform as per agreement
   b) Provide ticketing services if requested
   c) Maintain the platform for visibility of listed events

6. Fees and Payment
   a) Listing fees are due upon submission of the event
   b) Ticketing setup fees are due upon submission of the event
   c) Per-attendee fees will be deducted from ticket sales before payout

7. Cancellations and Refunds
   a) Listing fees are non-refundable once an event is published
   b) Ticketing fees may be refundable as per the Company's refund policy

8. Intellectual Property
   The Organizer grants the Company the right to use submitted content for promotional purposes related to the event.

9. Liability
   The Company is not liable for the success or failure of any listed event.

10. Termination
    Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice, subject to fulfillment of any ongoing obligations.

11. Modifications
    The Company reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law
    This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia.

    
    

By using our services, the Organizer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Mind Growth Corporation Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time
