Terms for Setting Up a Free Group on Mind Growth 360 Community
This agreement is between the "Group Organiser" and My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd ("My Growth Corporation") for the establishment and management of a free group or club within the Mind Growth 360 platform.
Group Setup and Management
1.1 The Group Organiser is permitted to create and manage a free group on the Mind Growth 360 platform.
1.2 The Group Organiser is responsible for monitoring the conduct of group members and ensuring compliance with these terms and the platform's general guidelines.
1.3 My Growth Corporation reserves the right to have a staff member, sometimes referred to as Mind Growth 360 staff, present in the group at all times.
2. Group Conduct and Content
2.1 The Group Organiser agrees to prohibit and actively moderate against:
Hate speech
Racism
Any form of discrimination
Inappropriate behavior
Illegal activities
2.2 Content within the group must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
2.3 My Growth Corporation reserves the right to remove any content or members that violate these terms or the platform's general guidelines.
Group Activity and Permanence
3.1 The group listing is considered permanent, provided it remains active.
3.2 "Active" status is determined by My Growth Corporation based on factors such as regular posts, member engagement, and adherence to these terms.
3.3 My Growth Corporation reserves the right to remove or archive inactive groups.
Monitoring and Compliance
4.1 The Group Organiser agrees to implement and maintain appropriate monitoring systems to ensure compliance with these terms.
My Growth Corporation may conduct periodic reviews of group activity and content to ensure compliance.
Termination
5.1 My Growth Corporation reserves the right to terminate or suspend any group that violates these terms or the platform's general guidelines.
The Group Organiser may voluntarily terminate the group at any time by notifying My Growth Corporation.
Liability
6.1 The Group Organiser assumes full responsibility for the group's content and member conduct.
My Growth Corporation is not liable for any disputes, damages, or legal issues arising from group activities or content.
Amendments
7.1 My Growth Corporation reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By creating a group on the Mind Growth 360 platform, the Group Organiser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
