Terms of Agreement for Hosting a Podcast Channel on Mind Growth 360 Community

This Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the Podcaster ("You" or "Podcaster") and My Growth Corporation Pty Ltd ("We", "Us", or "My Growth Corporation"). 

By hosting a podcast channel on the Mind Growth 360 platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Podcast Channel Setup and Hosting

1. Channel Setup: You agree to pay a one-time setup fee for each podcast channel you create on the Mind Growth 360 platform.

2. Annual Hosting Fee: You agree to pay an annual hosting fee upfront for maintaining your podcast channel on our platform.

2. Content Compliance

2.1 Platform Rules: You agree to provide content that complies with the rules and guidelines of the Mind Growth 360 platform. This includes but is not limited to prohibiting hate speech, racism, inappropriate behavior, and illegal activities.

2.2 Content Vetting: You acknowledge that all content will be vetted by My Growth Corporation staff before being allowed onto the Mind Growth 360 podcasting platform.

3. Distribution and Providers

1. Distribution: We offer the service of lodging your podcast channel across various podcasting services, including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts. These providers are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

4. Monitoring and Compliance

4.1 Active Monitoring: You are responsible for ensuring that your content remains compliant with the platform's rules and any applicable laws.

4.2 Staff Access: You agree to allow My Growth Corporation staff access to your podcast channel for monitoring and vetting purposes.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee is required for each podcast channel you create.

5.2 Annual Hosting Fee: An annual hosting fee is required and must be paid upfront. Failure to pay the hosting fee may result in the removal of your podcast channel from the platform.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to us. Any fees paid are non-refundable.

6.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and remove your podcast channel if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement or if your content is deemed unsuitable for the Mind Growth 360 platform.

7. Liability

7.1 Content Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for the content of your podcast and the conduct of any guests or contributors.

7.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold My Growth Corporation harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your podcast content or activities.

8. Amendments

1. Right to Amend: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

9. Governing Law

1. Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Growth Corporation is established.

By hosting a podcast channel on the Mind Growth 360 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
