Speakers Bureau is a platform that connects public speakers with event organizers for speaking engagements.
3. Membership and Fees
Membership requires an annual recurring payment, paid in advance.
The fee amount will be specified during sign-up and may be updated with notice.
Membership automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Speaker Responsibilities
You are responsible for notifying us of any changes required to your profile information.
It is a requirement to set up and maintain a Mind Growth 360 community profile.
You must inform us if you wish to update your follower count or engagement statistics.
Follower and engagement data is not updated automatically or in real-time.
5. Data Updates
Changes to follower counts and engagement statistics can be made once per year upon request.
We will process data update requests within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
6. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.
We are not liable for any consequences resulting from outdated or inaccurate profile data.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
No refunds will be provided for partial membership periods.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current membership period.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia
By using the Public Speakers Bureau service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
