Service Description
Tech Revolution is a platform where technology software and gadgets can be displayed and marketed to potential customers.
3. Membership and Fees
Listings on Tech Revolution require payment three months in advance.
Each listing must be maintained for a minimum period of three months.
The fee amount will be specified during sign-up and may be updated with notice.
Listings automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Supplier Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing quality images and supporting information for your listings.
A landing page or website URL must be provided for each listing.
You must notify us of any changes required to your profile information.
All listings are subject to our approval before being published on the platform.
You are to attend to any referrals from Mind Growth 360 in a prompt manner and attend to complaints etc.
5. Data and Content Updates
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.
We will process data update requests within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
6. Approval of Listings
All listings are subject to our approval to ensure they meet our quality and content standards.
We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that do not comply with our guidelines.
7. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.
We are not liable for any consequences resulting from outdated or inaccurate profile data.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
No refunds will be provided for partial listing periods.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current listing period.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia.
By using the Tech Revolution service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
